Shopping Bag/Item Availability
Upon placing an item in your shopping bag, we will advise you if the item in the size and color you want is available. If an item is available, the item will successfully be added to your shopping bag. If an item is backordered or will not be available, notification will be provided in a follow-up email from our Customer Service Manager from funkychic4u@gmail.com. Every effort will be made to re-order as needed for our customers.
Processing Charges
Orders are processed within two business days. of placement. If an order is fulfilled in two separate shipments, the freight charges will only be charged on the first shipment of your order.
If there are any issues with processing your order, our Customer Service Manager will contact you via email or phone to better serve you.

Chic on Sale Items/Pricing
The merchandise offering in this section of our website may contain clearance items, discontinued items, or items that are considered “special purchase items” priced at a reduction based on a special pricing structure offered to us by our vendors. These items are not always available in all the colors and sizes as our regular priced goods would be.
If goods were purchased at full retail and then appear in the Chic on Sale section, a customer has two calendar weeks to request a price adjustment by contacting our Customer Service Manager at FunkyChic4U@gmail.com or by calling 1-877-724-4248.
Order Status
We will send both an order confirmation as well as shipping confirmation to your email address once your order is fulfilled. This will allow you to check the status of your order during transit. Shipping/Returns/Exchanges
Orders placed will be shipped out by the next business day pending final credit authorization. Free shipping offers refer to ground shipping within the United States. International orders will be shipped DDU from Funkychic.com. Therefore, any VAT taxes, duties and/or fees imposed by the receiving country will be the responsibility of the customer once the package reaches customs. Also, any duties, taxes and/or fees associated with international returns will be charged to the customer minus standard ground shipping costs to zone 8 within the United States. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-7-Chic4U for information for processing your return.
